For the past five years Dale has been very active as a Realtor® and has gained the knowledge and developed the positive relationships necessary to be an effective real estate Broker/Owner. Before becoming a Realtor®, Dale had a successful career at AT&T where he retired from the position of Director - Billing Operations & Software Development for AT&T Solutions.

These experiences, as well as a strong residential construction background, have been definite assets helping him work through the many issues associated with the sales and purchases of Cape Cod properties.

Dale also believes in supporting the community. He is the President of the Dennis/Yarmouth Newcomers' Club and volunteers on an annual fundraising committee to help prevent homelessness on Cape Cod. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, basketball and woodworking. Dale and his wife, Sharon, started coming to Cape Cod in 1978. In 1984 they bought their current property and used it primarily as a summer home, however, their love for the Cape brought them here permanently in 1999.

Sharon and Dale have raised two sons and have two wonderful grandchildren. In her spare time, Sharon is a naturalist at the Museum of Natural History and an active member of the Cape Cod Art Association.

Sharon has a B.S. in Art Education and has worked as an interior decorator and muralist for the past 25 years. She has the experience to help clients imagine a home's possibilities. In addition to her real estate sales work, Sharon will be available to help sellers with staging their home for best results.

Real estate is an exciting challenge of helping people with the most important investment of their lives. Sharon feels the key to selling a house is to have a potential buyer envision themselves living in the home.

Mario is a real estate agent with West Dennis Properties. He has visited Cape Cod with his family for the past 15 years. In 2000 he and his wife Pat decided to renovate their summer cottage into their permanent year around home. He is a graduate of American International College and Springfield College. Having served as Executive Director of YMCA and Executive Director of the American Lung Association for over 30 years, he has extensive administrative experience and working with people. Currently, he is also a sales associate for the popular newspaper "Along 28". Mario enjoys tennis, golf and gardening with his wife. They have two daughters and three grandchildren who visit Cape Cod as often as they can.
