This charmer has the coziness and comfort that you want for your Cape Cod vacation, and the large glass sunroom provides a view of the Bass River and park area. Just three houses down the street is the Ferry Street dock which is used for fishing and swimming. This is the location where the ferry crossed the Bass River before the bridge was built. In fact, one section of our house is the old General Store that was located at the ferry crossing.

The kitchen is very functional with a gas stove and dishwasher. There is an open dining area and an alcove perfect for reading or accessing the internet. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a sitting area and flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom has nice stackable washer/dryer and a newly remodeled large shower. There is also an outdoor shower which is a Cape Cod requirement. If needed, you will enjoy the CENTRAL A/C. There is a shed which keeps the beach chairs and some games that we provide, plus additional space for your use to store your bikes, toys, etc.
